SOKOL NEW YORK
Like many private clubs, SOKOL
NEW YORK was interested in using the development potential of
their location. As part of the transaction by the developer, SOKOL was
to retain a separate entrance distinct from the residential condominium
tower. In addition, an entire club facility along with exhibition
gallery, private cocktail lounge, gymnasium, banquet room and kitchen,
men's and women's locker rooms, separate elevators and a private court and
garden presented quite an architectural challenge.
